Great. Good afternoon, everyone, and welcome back to those who've been with us the entire day. My name is Toshiya Hari. I cover the semiconductor and semiconductor capital equipment space here at Goldman Sachs. We're very excited and very honored to have Steve Sanghi, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer; and Eric Bjornholt, Senior Vice President and CFO from Microchip with us this afternoon.
