Great. Good afternoon, everybody. My name is John Vinh. I cover semis here at KBCM, and we are pleased to have Eric Bjornholt, CFO of Microchip Technology. Welcome, Eric.
All right. Thanks. Thanks, everybody, and good afternoon. During the course of this discussion, I might be making forward-looking projections and statements about Microchip. I just refer you to our filings with the SEC that highlight important risk factors about Microchip.
But maybe just to start, just a recap of our June quarter and our September guidance. So we had been talking about the March quarter was going to mark the bottom for Microchip from an end market consumption standpoint. We provide a metric each quarter to investors based on what distribution sell-through was and our end-market demand was up 0.7% in the June quarter. So that has kind of held through.
