Good morning, everyone. Very excited today to have Joe Hinrichs. He is the President of Automotive at Ford, a recent position he's given. He's been at Ford since 2000, has worked in various parts of the business. There are very few people who know Ford as well as Joe. He's currently responsible for all the global auto operations and is responsible for reaching the goal of 8% margins, I guess, at some point in the future.
