We're very pleased to have with us today Ted Cannis, Ford's Global Director of Electrification. Many of you know him from his prior stint heading IR. And he had numerous positions in Ford before and after that, including running significant operations in Europe and, I believe, South America and Turkey. Turkey's still part of Europe, sort of.
