I would now like to hand the conference over to your speaker for today, Mr. Mark Truby. Please go ahead, sir.
Okay. Thank you, Tammy, and thank you to everybody for joining the call this morning. Welcome. Obviously, most of you have probably seen our news release. But if not, just go to media.ford.com and you can pull it down from there.
Today, we're going to have 3 speakers: Executive Chairman, Bill Ford; President and CEO, Jim Hackett; and our Chief Operating Officer, Jim Farley. After their remarks, we'll open it up for Q&A.
